2023 Camel Valley Atlantic Dry
The Atlantic Dry opens with a bouquet of ripe orchard fruits. In the mouth the wine offers notes of peach, cantaloupe melon and honey, supported by a textural, medium-bodied palate and refreshing acidity. A well-structured wine, the Atlantic Dry is excellent to drink on release but will develop in bottle for at least three-to-four years, developing richness and depth. It is a fine match with classic dishes such as sole meuniere, lobster thermidor or a seafood risotto.
A crisp, clean and fresh wine made from a blend of fermented at low temperature to retain its delicacy. This aromatic wine is the perfect accompaniment to light fish dishes, and is a favourite in many Cornish restaurants. The name celebrates the Atlantic Ocean lapping Cornwall's shores, and the freshest fish in the world.
Served at no 10 Downing Street by the Prime Minister.
